One person was killed and three others were injured in a Russian attack on a residential area in the city of Nikopol, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, on 10 August.
A fire at a military production and storage facility near Belitsa, Bulgaria, triggered explosions and the evacuation of around 300 workers. No casualties or injuries were reported. Officials currently believe it was an accident rather than sabotage, but the exact cause remains under investigation.
