By accessing or using WarWatch ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately. WarWatch is a conflict intelligence and news aggregation platform intended for informational purposes only. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

WarWatch aggregates publicly available news from licensed sources and applies AI-assisted priority scoring and conflict mapping. The platform provides: — Real-time conflict intelligence feeds — AI-generated geopolitical analysis reports (Premium) — Interactive global conflict severity maps — Searchable 50-day article archive Content is sourced from third-party news providers. WarWatch does not produce original journalism and is not responsible for the accuracy of third-party sources.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account or allow unauthorized access. WarWatch reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or attempt unauthorized access to the platform. You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account.

Premium access is billed at €2.99/month via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. WarWatch reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

You agree not to: — Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations. — Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the platform. — Use automated tools to access the Service in ways that circumvent rate limits. — Distribute, resell, or sublicense access to the Service without written authorization. — Use AI-generated reports to disseminate disinformation or manipulate public discourse. WarWatch is a monitoring and intelligence tool. It must not be used to coordinate, facilitate, or promote violence or illegal activity.

The WarWatch platform, including its AI scoring algorithms, conflict map visualizations, and user interface design, is proprietary. Third-party article content remains the property of its respective publishers and is displayed under fair use or licensing agreements. AI-generated reports produced by WarWatch may be used for personal, non-commercial informational purposes. Redistribution or commercial use requires explicit written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WARWATCH DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF CONFLICT INTELLIGENCE DATA. WARWATCH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DECISIONS MADE BASED ON PLATFORM DATA. Users are solely responsible for how they interpret and act upon information provided by the platform.
