INTELLIGENCE SUMMARY

Zelensky says Starlink terminals shut down at speeds above 161 km/h in Ukraine, while tests show they continue working above 180 km/h in the EU. He calls the restrictions a “planned operation,” saying they prevent Ukraine from using some interceptor drones against jet-powered Shaheds and delivering supplies to isolated frontline positions.
