CENTCOM: Iran struck Panama-flagged tanker El Gaia with missile & drone

Intelligence summary

CENTCOM: The IRGC claim that a Panama-flagged tanker hit a naval mine in the Strait of Hormuz is false. The tanker El Gaia was disabled by an Iranian missile last month, then struck again by an Iranian drone this weekend off the coast of Oman. A regional partner is now towing it.
