Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan:

Intelligence summary

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan: After the recent events in the Strait of Hormuz, we believe that Syria will play a vital role in this regard. There is a Syria that connects to the Gulf through Jordan and Saudi Arabia, to Iraq and the East, and to Europe through Türkiye. We want this connection to be built not only on the map but also practically through railways, highways, and pipelines. We wish to bring these projects to life.
