4 China Coast Guard vessels enter Kinmen waters; Taiwan expels them

Intelligence summary

Four China Coast Guard vessels—CCG 14527, 14604, 14531, and 14608—entered Kinmen’s restricted waters on Sept. 10, marking the third CCG incursion around Kinmen this week. Taiwan’s Coast Guard Administration deployed patrol boats for one-to-one monitoring and expelled all four vessels by 11:13. The CGA said the vessels continued their operations despite worsening seas from the season’s first northeast monsoon and used Mid-Autumn Festival-themed broadcasts promoting “one family” messaging.
