Iranian diplomat warns regional countries against allowing US to use them for attacks Iranian diplomat Mojtaba Ferdowsi Pour has said that countries in the Middle East must not permit the use of their territory and airspace as a launchpad for attacks on Iran. Speaking to Al Mayadeen, Iran's ambassador to Egypt said that international law prohibited such attacks, which have been launched by the US during the course of the war on Iran. Ferdowsi Pour said that Iran's American enemies had not yet understood that the Iranian people were "resistant", and would not surrender. Iran's top diplomat in Cairo said relations between Iran and Egypt were moving in the right direction and that there was "continuous communication" between the two countries.
