Polish Foreign Minister Sikorski:

Intelligence summary

Polish Foreign Minister Sikorski: Russia has far too many diplomats across the European Union. We estimate there are more than 2,000, and we estimate that at least 40% of them perform tasks that are incompatible with diplomatic status. They operate agencies that also carry out terrorist activities in our countries.
