Germany’s Chancellor Merz on military spending: For now, we jointly agreed last year at the NATO summit in The Hague on 3.5 percent, plus another 1.5 percent for infrastructure, which also benefits civilian use. And as soon as the threat situation changes again, we can reduce that spending again. But at the moment, I do not see that happening.
