IRGC commander says troops ready to ‘deliver decisive response to any threat' Mohammad Karami, ground forces commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) said on Monday that fighters are standing ready in northwestern Iran to respond to any threats from “extra-regional enemies or terrorist groups”. The commander said in a post to X that fighters of the Hamzeh Seyyed al-Shohada Headquarters have “operational readiness, and leveraging faith, technology, and modern sciences, are prepared to deliver a decisive response to any threat”.
