"They see us and have expectations of us."</p> <p>The delegation, which also includes foreign minister Abbas Araghchi, is expected to discuss how obligations contained in the agreement will be carried out.</p> <p>Ahead of the visit, foreign ministry spokesman Esmaeil Baghaei stressed that the trip should not be viewed as the start of a new round of negotiations, saying: "This trip is essentially aimed at demanding the fulfilment of the other party's commitments.
