Lebanon's president says country has 'no other choice' but to continue negotiations

Negotiations will not solve the problem overnight, but they are a process that takes time, and we have no other choice,"&nbsp;Aoun expressed to press.&nbsp;</p> <p>He added that some have "mistakenly" viewed the peace talks with Israel as a&nbsp;form of surrender, saying that "negotiation is not a concession, but rather a way to end wars while minimizing the damage".</p> <p>"We will not retreat from this choice. All of us in Lebanon, as officials, are doing everything possible. Negotiations may face obstacles or be delayed in reaching the outcome we seek, but they are moving forward," the Lebanese president said.</p> <p>"All issues are ultimately resolved through negotiations, no matter how long they take.
