<p data-end="504" data-start="271">In a statement, the military command said every vessel, including oil tankers, is required to travel along routes designated by Iran and obtain authorisation from the Revolutionary Guard Navy before transiting the strategic waterway.</p>
<p data-end="651" data-start="506">The headquarters warned that ships failing to comply with Iran's regulations risk jeopardising their own safety while passing through the strait.</p>
<p data-end="806" data-start="653">It also issued a warning to foreign military forces, saying any attempt to interfere with Iran's management of the waterway would be met with a response.</p>
