NEW: An Indian vessel sank after an explosives-laden boat attacked it in the Red Sea off Yemen’s western coast. The vessel, Faize Noore Oliya, was reportedly sailing about 13 nautical miles south of Al Hudaydah when it was struck and sank. Authorities said all 14 crew members—13 Indians and one Yemeni—were rescued by the Yemeni Navy and Coast Guard without injuries.
